Our Achievements in Term One:

Children in Year 3 & Year 5 have helped to:

* Clear the site after the six-week summer holiday by clearing paths and making the site safe to use

* Built a dead-hedge fence around the pond 

* Cleared and helped to maintain the seating area at the bottom of the field

* Collected rubbish and recycled it where possible

* Built a new mud kitchen

* Developed a scrap-metal music area 

* Constructed several shelters and dens in preparation for the coming Winter weather

Previous year's achievements include: 

* Emptying the pond and refilling it with clean water to encourage more wildlife to use the pond

* Planting trees and bulbs 

* Developing a meadow area on the field 

* Constructing a dead-hedge fence and building a new seating area
