Homework will be set online every Friday and must be completed by Wednesday. Homework is set to consolidate the weeks learning and not as a new topic; however, if your child is struggling with the homework then they can speak to me and a Monday and I will happily go through it with them at a convenient time. Should homework not be completed then children will stay in and complete it on Wednesday lunchtime.

There is a link to the Oxford Dictionary on here should one not be available at home; however, one of the skills the children must have as part of the National Curriculum is the ability to look up words in a dictionary (we do practise this skill in class).
